NEW AUTUMN HOURS
Monday 9am-9pm, Tuesday thru Thursday 9am-9:30pm, Friday & Saturday 9am-10pm, Sunday 10am-9pm
The life of our minds is a complicated thing. No matter what your diagnosis – or lack thereof – the fact that you are human means there are mental ups and downs, challenges and joys, suffering and delight. We navigate our lives through inner experiences that are equal parts solitary and universal. This Mental Health Awareness Month, we invite you to explore the world within. Here we have collected a small sampling of books for our readers, from our very youngest to adults of all ages. From personal stories to mindfulness and skills-building resources to new ways of thinking about our brains, this collection is one toe dipped into the deep waters of who we are inside.
From May 1 to June 12, 2022, our readers can support the mental health of our community’s children by donating to the Brookline Center for Community Mental Health’s Believe in Brookline Kids Campaign at our registers or directly here.
